Bananas dipped in chocolate

Ingredients. In addition to the products, we need skewers - 4 pieces. If the bananas are long, then it is better to take 6 skewers.

Cut the bananas in half or into 3 parts if they are long.

And we put them on skewers. Place on a board or plate and place in the refrigerator or freezer so that they are well attached to the skewers.

Chop chocolate.
STEP 6

Place 70% of the chocolate in a saucepan.
STEP 7

Place in a water bath and, stirring constantly, heat.
STEP 8

When the chocolate has become homogeneous, remove from the bath and add the remaining chocolate to it.

Stir until completely dissolved.
STEP 10

In the previous steps we tempered the chocolate. Cooked this way, it will be shiny and crispy when it sets. To check if this is true, put some chocolate on a spoon and put it in the freezer. If it freezes and does not smudge, then everything is correct.
STEP 11

Transfer the chocolate into a glass.
STEP 12

We dip the bananas in it one by one.
STEP 13

And decorate with coconut shavings and colored sprinkles. Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
