Banana Yogurt Casserole

Prepare all ingredients.
STEP 2

Beat cottage cheese, yogurt and eggs in a blender until smooth. Yogurt must be drinkable; desserts from cups are not suitable. It is advisable that there are no additives in it, only pure fermented milk starter. You should get a creamy liquid. Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon and vanilla to the resulting mass on the tip of a knife; if there is no vanilla, add a packet of vanilla sugar. Mix well again.
STEP 3

Peel the bananas and cut them into lengthwise halves.
STEP 4

Place the sliced bananas on the bottom of a heatproof dish. Fill them with curd mixture. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cooking time is 25-30 minutes. The main sign of readiness is thickness and golden crust.
STEP 5

As soon as the casserole acquires a beautiful golden color, it is ready! Serve with sour cream. Bon appetit!
