STEP 1
Prepare all ingredients for banana charlotte.
STEP 2
Take the cream, add soda to it, after extinguishing it with vinegar. Then put sugar and starch there, after dissolving it in half a glass of milk. Place the finished mixture in a water bath and beat it for 3-4 minutes with a whisk.. After that, simply cook the mixture, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps, until it thickens. Cool, but so that the cream remains a little liquid, and not completely froze.
STEP 3
Peel the bananas and cut into small slices. Place them in a beautiful glass vase.
STEP 4
Place pieces of cookies on top of the bananas, after moistening them in milk.
STEP 5
Pour the prepared cream on top and refrigerate for 1 hour until the charlotte hardens.
STEP 6
Before serving, garnish the dessert with chopped walnuts and banana slices.
