We measure out all the necessary products, peel the bananas, sift the flour, the butter should be soft

Mash bananas

Beat the egg with a mixer, gradually add sugar and then softened butter

Add banana mixture and mix with a spatula

Then add flour with baking powder, a pinch of salt and mix everything well

I wanted to add some chocolate chips too.

Grease the mold with oil

sprinkle with breadcrumbs to form a crust; breadcrumbs can be replaced with flour or semolina

Place the dough in the mold and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour. Everyone’s oven is different, so after 40 minutes, check the middle of the bread with a wooden stick to make sure it doesn’t burn. If, on the contrary, the bread is still pale, you can increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

We take our fragrant bread out of the oven and let it cool a little in the pan, covering with a towel

Since our bread is a sweet pastry, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top
