How to bake tuna in the oven in foil? Prepare your food. If your fish is frozen, defrost it by transferring it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste.
STEP 2

Clean the fish from scales, wash and gut it, carefully removing the entrails. Also rinse the inside of the carcass well. Dry the tuna thoroughly with a paper towel.

Season the fish well with salt and pepper, inside and out.
STEP 4

Prepare the marinade. How to make a marinade? In a cup, mix sour cream (any fat content), mayonnaise, garlic cloves passed through a press and dill. First wash the dill, dry it and chop it finely.

Pour in lemon juice and mix all ingredients well. The marinade sauce is ready. You can use only sour cream, without mayonnaise, then the calorie content of the dish will be reduced.

Take foil, it is better to fold it in two layers for strength. Place tuna on foil. Now coat it thoroughly with marinade sauce - both inside and outside, on all sides.

The fish should be completely covered with sauce.

Wrap the carcass tightly with foil and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. This time will be enough for marinating. Turn on the oven to heat up to 160 degrees. Then place the fish in foil on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.

10 minutes before the end of cooking, cut the foil, open the fish and bake it until golden brown.
