To prepare this wonderful culinary recipe, we first wash the mackerel carcasses, then remove the gills; you can use scissors for this. After this, carefully steam the mackerel belly and remove its entrails. Wash the fish again under running water inside and out and dry thoroughly.
STEP 3

Peel the garlic, cut one clove of garlic into thin petals and set them aside. In a mortar we put the second clove of garlic, black peppercorns and a fairly large pinch of table salt, and grind them.

Add freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon, vegetable oil to this mixture and mix thoroughly.
STEP 5

Place a large sheet of foil on a baking sheet; it will be better if it is double. Then rub the fish inside and out with our garlic-pepper mixture.
STEP 6

Next, chop the parsley or cilantro and mix with our chopped garlic, and fill the belly of the fish.
STEP 7

Then wrap the fish tightly in foil and leave to marinate for about half an hour at room temperature.
STEP 8

Preheat the oven to 190°C. And bake our mackerel for about 40 minutes. This wonderful food is easy to prepare.
