STEP 1
Ingredients for filling.
STEP 2
Wash the potatoes well, but do not peel the skins.
STEP 3
Dry, wrap each in foil and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the potatoes until done.
STEP 4
Remove the potatoes from the oven and unfold the foil a little. You will already feel this exciting aroma, but our dish is not ready yet. Using a spoon and knife, make a well in each potato for the filling.
STEP 5
Peel the skin off the removed part of the potato, mash it, add finely chopped sausage, squeezed garlic, fresh dill, sour cream, salt and pepper and mix everything.
STEP 6
The filling is ready, you can put it in the potatoes.
STEP 7
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and return to the oven. Bake until the cheese is golden brown. Now it's ready! You can serve it in foil and eat it with a spoon! You can make any filling according to your taste and imagination.
