Today I cooked baked potatoes in foil in sour cream. True, knowing the features of my oven, I made the dish a little differently. I selected larger potatoes, washed, peeled and boiled them in salted water until half cooked. (I always pre-cook the potatoes before baking. This makes them softer and more tender) I prepared the filling - I combined chopped sausage, finely grated garlic, sour cream, and salt. When the potatoes were ready, I cooled them, took out the middle of each potato, and mashed them pulp with a fork and added to the filling. I put the filling in the potatoes and sprinkled with grated cheese. I baked the potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes at 220°. It turned out delicious! I liked the combination of sour cream with its delicate sourness and piquant garlic. Together with sausage and cheese, they perfectly complemented the taste of the potatoes. Thank you for the recipe!

Somehow we can’t make friends with the oven. We baked and baked these potatoes for the third year (((Of course, in the end, with all the goodies on top, it turned out delicious. But maybe next time I’ll cheat - I’ll boil the potatoes first. Thanks for the recipe
