Baked lamb ham with honey glaze

Soft juicy meat in a sweet glaze - perfect for the New Year! Mint sauce goes great with this lamb. Lamb can be taken either on the bone or without it. Country-style potatoes baked in the oven with spices are a good side dish.

    Peel the garlic and cut lengthwise into 2 parts. Cut the thyme stems into 2-3 parts.

    Wash the lamb and dry it. Using a knife, make punctures all over the surface of the meat and stuff with garlic and thyme.

    Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

    Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 220°C.
