STEP 1
How to bake crucian carp in sour cream in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Clean the crucian carp from scales and remove the head and tail. I use 15% fat sour cream. If the onions are large, then one piece is enough. If your fish is frozen, then it should be thawed in advance. You will learn how to do this correctly by reading a separate article. STEP 2
Rinse the crucian carp thoroughly in running water and dry thoroughly with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Sprinkle the fish inside and outside with salt and spices. As a spice, I use a ready-made fish spice set. In this set, all components are selected in a very balanced manner and pleasantly complement the taste and aroma of the fish.
STEP 3
Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings. For baking, take lyuba. heat-resistant form - glass, metal or, like mine, ceramic. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with vegetable oil and spread the chopped onion over the entire bottom.
STEP 4
Place the prepared crucian carcasses on the onion.
STEP 5
Generously coat the crucian carp with sour cream and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven and the size of the crucian carp. STEP 6
When baking fish and onions, a little juice will appear and almost all of it will have time to evaporate. And the fish themselves will become a little golden in color. Remove the pan from the oven and serve the crucian carp baked in sour cream to the table. If desired, you can prepare a side dish of potatoes.
