STEP 1
How to bake chicken legs in foil in the oven? Take the products from the list. As you can see, there are very few of them.
STEP 2
Rinse the chicken legs well, dry with a paper towel and place in a bowl. Add honey, mustard, oil and pepper, and salt. Mix well, rubbing the mixture into the chicken. Let it sit for a while.
STEP 3
Place the legs in a baking dish, first lining it with foil. This way the legs will not stick to the bottom of the mold, and you won’t have to wash it for a long time.
STEP 4
Place the legs in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Determine the temperature based on your oven, because they are all different. In mine, after 10 minutes I lowered the temperature to 150 and baked for almost an hour, pouring over the released juice. It may take you longer or less time than it did for me.
STEP 5
If you have a convection oven, use it when you turn the chicken legs over to the other side. This dish is served hot because it loses some flavor after it cools.
