    STEP 1

How to bake chicken legs in foil in the oven? Take the products from the list. As you can see, there are very few of them.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the chicken legs well, dry with a paper towel and place in a bowl. Add honey, mustard, oil and pepper, and salt. Mix well, rubbing the mixture into the chicken. Let it sit for a while.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place the legs in a baking dish, first lining it with foil. This way the legs will not stick to the bottom of the mold, and you won’t have to wash it for a long time.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the legs in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Determine the temperature based on your oven, because they are all different. In mine, after 10 minutes I lowered the temperature to 150 and baked for almost an hour, pouring over the released juice. It may take you longer or less time than it did for me.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

If you have a convection oven, use it when you turn the chicken legs over to the other side. This dish is served hot because it loses some flavor after it cools.

This year, for the New Year's table, it was decided to cook chicken legs only for children, they love them and cannot imagine a holiday without them) I chose this recipe. Moreover, children really love “sweet” meat. I used regular mustard and only half a spoon so that it wasn’t spicy, just for a hint of flavor. Melt the honey in a water bath until it becomes liquid. The legs were marinated overnight in the refrigerator. I didn’t bake them for long, about 30 minutes. By the way, I didn’t use foil, I realized that it was only needed so as not to stain the pan. I placed the legs directly into the mold, it is glass and easy to clean. The chicken legs turned out very appetizing and rosy thanks to the butter and honey. The taste is almost natural, not spicy, slightly sweet. The meat is juicy and filling. The kids ate the legs with a bang! I liked this cooking option, thank you!
