Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients for baking fluffy sweet buns.
STEP 2

For the dough, sift the flour, add sugar, vanillin, yeast and salt. Mix everything well.
STEP 3

Add melted butter, warm milk and eggs to the dry mixture.
STEP 4

Knead a homogeneous dough.
STEP 5

Cover with a towel and place in a warm place to rise the dough.
STEP 6

When the dough has doubled in size, knead it well. This promotes a greater increase in volume.
STEP 7

Afterwards, cover with a towel and leave the dough in a warm place until it increases in volume by 3-4 times.
STEP 8

We form a loaf from the finished dough.
STEP 9

Divide the loaf into 16 equal parts.
STEP 10

Roll each part into a flat cake half a centimeter thick, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with one teaspoon of granulated sugar and wrap the flat cake in a roll.

Fold the roll in half and cut it into two-thirds of its length.
STEP 12

We unfold the cut roll beautifully and form a bun.
STEP 13

Place the buns on a baking sheet greased with butter and leave to proof for 20-30 minutes.
STEP 14

Then brush the sides of the buns with egg and bake them for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
