STEP 1
How to make baked beef in a sleeve in the oven? Prepare the following ingredients. Marinade for baking beef in the sleeve, you can use it to your taste. I choose a marinade made from sour cream and mustard beans. I add garlic for flavor. Salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 2
Choose beef with layers of fat for juiciness. Rinse the fillets under running water and dry with paper towels. Fresh, chilled meat is best, but if you bought frozen, defrost it slowly by moving it from the freezer to the refrigerator.
STEP 3
For the marinade, mix sour cream with mustard in a small container, add salt and pepper (I added a mixture of peppers). Cut the garlic lengthwise into halves or quarters. Sour cream can be replaced with heavy cream or natural thick yogurt without additives.
STEP 4
Make cuts in the meat over the entire area with a knife and insert the garlic into them, carefully turning them over.
STEP 5
Unfold the baking sleeve, place a piece of beef with garlic in it and brush evenly with marinade. Secure with the included clips and leave to marinate for at least an hour. After that, shake the meat a little in the bag and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours (focus on the characteristics of your technique), periodically turning the sleeve with the meat.
STEP 6
The cooked beef should be soft and easy to pierce with a knife. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, transfer to a cutting board and thinly slice into portions. Place on a plate and garnish with curly parsley leaves. You can serve vegetables, pasta, and rice as a side dish.
