    Choose beef with layers of fat for juiciness. Rinse the fillets under running water and dry with paper towels. Fresh, chilled meat is best, but if you bought frozen, defrost it slowly by moving it from the freezer to the refrigerator.

Baked beef in a sleeve in the oven is an excellent dish for family and other celebrations! Tender, juicy, aromatic, just melts in your mouth, mm... delicious!!!!! I washed and dried the meat. For the marinade, I mixed sour cream, mustard, salt, and meat spices. I peeled the garlic and cut it into slices. I made cuts in the meat into which I inserted the garlic slices. Coated with marinade, placed in a bowl and covered with foil. I put it in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, closer to lunch, I put the meat in a baking sleeve, pinched it with clips on both sides and sent it to bake in the oven for 2 hours at 180°.
