Baby pies made from miracle dough with onions and eggs in the oven

They taste delicious and are easy and quick to prepare. The dough is simply amazing. The softest and easiest to work with. After baking, it’s crumbly and flaky, it just melts. An original way of cutting. Not the easiest technically, but then in additions I’ll add how I deal with it. Once you bake another yeast dough, you won’t want to cook it again !Today I baked it with green onions and eggs; the filling is not very convenient for this method of cutting. This cutting is good with potatoes and cottage cheese. flaky-sandy taste, yeast dough without rising. bake and eat right away

Step-by-step preparation

Cooking timeCooking time: 1 hr
  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

This is what we need to make delicious micro pies, plus salt and sugar. Eggs are in the filling. There are no eggs in the dough!

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Briefly about the filling: cut boiled eggs and onions. add processed soft cheese (you can replace it with mayonnaise) and mix everything.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Here is the filling: a thick, viscous, onion-egg mass.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Now the dough! Melt the butter. I heat it in the microwave.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mix milk, butter, salt, sugar. The mixture should be warm!!! Add yeast. Stir gently and let stand for 5 minutes. During this time, you can just turn on the oven to warm up, take out the flour, sieve and rolling pin.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Sift the flour and add gradually. First stir the mixture with a spoon.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

    A bit more.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

And then a little more and then with our hands we form a soft little ball and knead it a little! Fat, soft, doesn’t stick to your hands - just lovely!

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

    Here he is, our lump!

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

    Divide into 6 equal parts.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Roll one part into a rectangle. Along the long side we lay out the filling in a strip and roll everything up into a roll, pinching the ends (it is the rolling of the roll that gives the desired layering). The dough rolls out perfectly right up to the “table I see you” state and does not tear, but we need a thickness of approximately 3mm.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Now the most important thing. Some will find this fun, others will decide that it is too difficult (for those I will add other options at the end) “Cut” into pieces with the edge of your hand. “Cutting” technique: with your left hand we firmly hold the place where we want to cut off a piece so that the main roll does not twitch . With the right hand, we use the edge as if we saw. We just cut back and forth, don’t push!!! The filling will come out the other side! Although she gets out anyway if she doesn’t get used to it. came out - pinch)

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Here is a teaspoon next to the raw pie.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Here they are ready to go into an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes. If you like them more ruddy, bake them longer, but then they will not be soft, but crispy. There is no need to lubricate them with anything.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Well, here they are! ready babies. Delicious, softest crumbly crumbs. I got 40 pieces. Someone managed to “cut” as many as 55! And yes! the filling came out somewhere! I have already said that this cutting is best with cottage cheese or mashed potatoes. And so the pieces of green onions, when cut, tried to stay in the middle and not get into any of the pie, making it difficult to glue the edges together (((

Many thanks to the author of the recipe for such wonderful, cute and very tasty pies!!! My family was delighted with them, especially the child, who ate this creation like candy! The dough is really very soft, melts in your mouth, and the one that has browned has a very appetizing crunch! I made it with cottage cheese and potatoes. I’ve never used this method of cutting (sawing), it turned out to be very interesting! In general, we are satisfied, we are waiting for the next culinary masterpieces!

Has flour disappeared somewhere from the recipe or is it just me that I can’t see? Flour 525 g or 3.3 cups.
