Being a lover of extreme cooking (and I put eggplant in sweet sauce in this category), I noticed the ease of preparing the dish. So, having cooked it, cooled it and tasted it, I was missing something in the taste, I decided to add half a lemon... Not right again. I added a glass of homemade adjika...and...yes, yes, I got something that satisfied me (I mean eggplants). Now I got eggplants in sweet and sour sauce. And this was already something (this is also the opinion of the family). But I want to say that in my opinion, you may really like the original recipe. So cook, try, fantasize, achieve your taste.

Lady A prepared her eggplants for her kitchen, and Anahit, a lover of culinary delicacies, prepared them for her kitchen, and it turned out two wonderful, interesting recipes. Yesterday at the dacha I again covered the tomatoes in their own juice (probably the last ones in this quantity) and picked 4 eggplants, I thought I’d just fry them in slices, but no, I read your recipes and I wanted to combine sweet with spicy, and apparently I’ll do that))) I can’t pass up the new taste!

Shura, I... adore you. It’s a shame that such a kind, open soul isn’t around.

Yes, Shura, the eggplants need to be well fried, as they are then simply poured with caramel and are not stewed

Thank you, Anaitochka! I miss you! And I cooked the eggplants, fried them thoroughly, as you advised (they turned out so beautiful), added a lot of garlic to the pureed tomatoes (I’m a fan of it, like that Jew), melted honey in a frying pan with butter - it worked liquid caramel, poured it over the eggplants, now I’m waiting for them to soak and cool. I made a little - one portion, they looked so shiny, beautiful, like a new car, and the rest I just fried and coated with garlic, herbs and sour cream. I'll show you what happened now.

Girls, I continue, I prepared dinner, served eggplants in honey caramel and lo and behold, mine liked them more than the plain ones with garlic, so I approve and advise everyone to cook them according to this recipe, you won’t regret it! Happy Apple Savior to all!
