STEP 1

Prepare everything you need. Open the package of puff pastry and leave to defrost.
STEP 2

Cut the apples in half and remove the middle. I also peeled the skin, probably in vain.

Slice apples into thin slices

Pour 1.5-2 cups of warm water into a bowl and add lemon juice. Dip the apples in lemon water so that they do not darken and acquire a pleasant sourness. Place the bowl of apple slices in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at 800 watts. You need to warm the apples so that they bend easily without breaking. Then cool them a little and drain the liquid through a colander. The apples should be almost dry.
STEP 5

Sprinkle a little flour on your work surface and roll out half the dough into a thin layer.
STEP 6

Cut it into 4 strips (it turned out to be too wide, you can divide it into 6 parts). Grease each strip with cream cheese. Sprinkle with sugar.
STEP 7

Place apple slices along the edge of the dough strip and sprinkle them with cinnamon. Fold the strip of dough in half, covering the apples so that the edges of the apples peek out.
STEP 8

Roll each strip into a roll. We receive roses. Place each one in a cake pan. I also sprinkled sugar on top to create caramel. But it’s still clear that not everyone is ideal (for the first time, after all. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished roses with powdered sugar.
