Apple puree Nezhenka

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Wash the apples, drain the water, then peel and core them, cut into 4 pieces, then cut into pieces. Pour water into the bottom of the dish in which you will cook (it is advisable to take a pan with a thick bottom so that the puree does not burn), place the apples, cover with a lid and cook over low heat until the apples become very soft (about 30 minutes).
STEP 2
Then turn off the heat and thoroughly mash the apples into a puree, you can use an immersion blender, or simply mash them with a masher.
STEP 3
Then add sugar to the applesauce, stir and bring to a boil.
STEP 4
Pour in condensed milk, stir, bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes (be careful that the puree does not burn!).
STEP 5
Then put the finished puree into sterile jars and seal with boiled lids. Wrap and leave the jars until they cool.
