    Steam the poppy seeds with boiling water. Drain the water and pass the poppy seeds through a meat grinder three times. Add chopped nuts, washed and dried raisins, semolina, soft butter.

    Grate the apples using a grater with large holes.

    Beat the whites with sugar until fluffy. Stir the yolks into the poppy seed mixture one at a time, then add the whites, baking powder, and grated peeled apples.

    Pour the dough into a mold lined with baking paper and bake for 50 minutes at 180*C. Cool.

    Drizzle over melted chocolate and butter. When serving, cut into diamonds. Garnish with a cherry.

A simple and very interesting recipe for apple-poppy dance, I’ll definitely try it one of these days. This site has a lot of different recipes for all occasions and it is very good that it is possible to create a cookbook in which you can store the most necessary and frequently used recipes.
