Chinese noodles
Among the Chinese, noodles are one of the most commonly used ingredients. They add it to both first and second courses, both liquid and thick. As a rule, udon, egg or rice noodles are used, both store-bought and home-made.
Today, Chinese noodle recipes have spread on the Internet in large quantities. They differ from each other in time and processing technology, added products and spices. But most adhere to one principle. The noodles are boiled or steamed in boiling water separately. The sauce/vegetables are prepared separately so that everything can be combined in one dish.
The Chinese first fry chopped garlic and spices in boiling oil. Then add chopped vegetables to them and pour in soy sauce. Fry everything over high heat, stirring continuously. A golden film appears on the vegetables. As a rule, frying time is limited to 5-10 minutes. At the end, add noodles to the vegetables and simmer for a few more minutes.
The dish is served as is, piping hot. But even when chilled, it remains tasty, satisfying, and appetizing. It can also be used as a side dish for meat and poultry (if the dish itself does not contain them).
