Penelope Clark

As a child, my grandmother’s kitchen always had a special atmosphere: the aroma of freshly baked bread and the sounds of cheerful mixing of dough. These moments instilled in me a passion for cooking that I have carried through the years. I draw inspiration from every trip - from spicy street stalls to cozy restaurants, where every spoon tells its own story. For me, cooking is not just cooking, but a way to unite families, give warmth and joy. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, and it's incredibly simple and accessible.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management at International Hotel School.
