Elena-Resnichka, I also like to cook pilaf. This is my family's favorite dish, but the ingredients in this dish are not sausages, but chicken breast. Place vegetables, washed rice and finely chopped chicken breast into a thick-walled pan. You can put it in the oven, or you can cook this pilaf over low heat on gas.

I prepared pilaf with sausages according to your Elena-Resnichka recipe. My wife really liked it. Then I cooked it for an encore for friends at their birthday party. There were no sausages, I made it with sausages. It turned out very tasty.
