I really liked the recipe for lazy cabbage rolls with Chinese cabbage. I divide the specified amount of ingredients in the recipe by two, since I cooked it only for myself, for one or two servings. There was just a little Chinese cabbage left, an excellent option for recycling it. I have minced chicken, mix it with semi-boiled rice, finely chopped cabbage and onions, add a little salt and pepper, because there will be salted tomatoes in the gravy. I made cutlets from the resulting minced meat - future lazy cabbage rolls - and put them in a baking dish. I fry the onion and garlic in a little oil, then add salted tomatoes, I had both red and green, I put both. I simmered it for a few minutes, added a glass of water, a spoonful of flour and a couple of spoons of sour cream, and poured everything into the mold for the cutlets. I didn’t blend; I wanted to feel the pieces of vegetables. I put it in the oven for half an hour. I liked the combination of rice, minced meat and Chinese cabbage, and the gravy using salted tomatoes was quite appropriate. It was a very satisfying dish.
