Mashed milk with cauliflower cheese
A dietary, low-calorie alternative to mashed potatoes! The dish is dietary, low-calorie, and the puree-like mass allows you to maintain a feeling of fullness for a long time, since digestion takes quite a long time. And it tastes like mashed potatoes. This is a good replacement for those who love potatoes, but cannot afford such luxury :-)

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We will need: forks of cauliflower, 3.2% milk, processed cheese.
STEP 2

Separate the cauliflower into florets. Rinse thoroughly. Trim thick stalks.
STEP 3

Place in boiling, salted water. Boil in plenty of water for 10 minutes after boiling.
STEP 4

Then place the cabbage in a colander to drain all the water.
STEP 5

Transfer to a saucepan or large cup. And while it is hot, mash it with a masher.
STEP 6

Grate melted cheese into milk. Place on the stove and melt over low heat until it reaches the consistency of sour cream, stirring constantly.
STEP 7

Add to cabbage.
STEP 8

Beat the resulting mass thoroughly with an immersion blender into an airy puree.
STEP 9

If desired, you can add various greens - onions, dill, etc. Bon appetit!
