Thanks for the idea. It’s very interesting, the combination of fried zucchini and fresh tomatoes, and the dressing is original, the only thing I have doubts about is celery, I would replace it with parsley and spinach, it (celery) has a very specific taste, I’ll try it tomorrow..

I definitely need to try this recipe, because I bought zucchini, and they’ve been lying around for almost a week, but I didn’t want to just stew them, I wanted something special, thank you for this recipe, but I’m thinking of adding some other ingredients to it, otherwise it’s not very filling, I think it will work. I wish there were more simple recipes like this.
