I saw a recipe for zucchini slices in the oven and was tempted, it was something new. But I couldn’t cook such beautiful zucchini as the author’s. I encountered the problem that breadcrumbs and cheese did not stick properly to the buttered pieces of zucchini. As a result, the cheese dried out, and the crackers in the finished dish tended to crumble. Although the dish tastes very good. But for some reason I didn’t make friends with this recipe; perhaps I should have poured more oil on the zucchini.
