Zebra Pie

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Take 250 grams of flour, 250 grams of sugar, 180 ml of milk, 150 grams of butter, 10 grams of baking powder, 10 grams of vanilla sugar, 25 grams of cocoa, a pinch of salt.
STEP 2
Mix flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and sift through a strainer. Then add sugar and salt. Mix everything. This will be a dry base for the pie.
STEP 3
Melt 150g butter, beat eggs, add 150 ml milk. Mix everything.
STEP 4
Gradually pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and mix. You will get a liquid dough. Take 1/3 of the dough, add 25 grams of cocoa and 30 ml. Stir in milk. You will get a dark dough.
STEP 5
Pour white and dark dough alternately into the greased form with a ladle and so on until the dough runs out. There should be more white dough than dark dough.
STEP 6
Then, using a thin wooden stick or toothpick, apply a pattern to the surface of the pie, drawing lines. This is what I got. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 40-45 minutes
