Yogurt truffles with strawberries and white chocolate

STEP 1

Necessary products.
STEP 2

Chop the chocolate and melt in the microwave on medium power for 1 minute.
STEP 3

Add strawberry yogurt to the white chocolate mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 4

Place the resulting mixture in the refrigerator to cool. While the chocolate is cooling until slightly thickened, prepare the strawberries - rinse, dry, and remove the stems.
STEP 5

Dip the strawberries into the cooled yogurt mixture.
STEP 6

Roll the resulting truffle in coconut flakes.
STEP 7

Repeat the procedure with half of the remaining strawberries. You need to try to do this quickly, since in the heat the glaze will gradually soften and become liquid.
STEP 8

For the second option, yogurt-curd truffle, add soft cottage cheese to the base mixture of yogurt and chocolate.
STEP 9

As in the first option, cover the strawberries with the curd-chocolate mixture and roll the truffle in coconut flakes.
STEP 10

Do the same with the remaining strawberries. Place the finished truffles in the refrigerator to cool.
