    Heat the milk. Beat the egg into the milk and mix. Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter in order, mix.

    After mixing thoroughly, add the sifted flour until the dough becomes elastic and does not lag behind the walls of our pan.

    While the dough is rising, prepare the filling - mix the raspberries with sugar.

    Roll out the finished dough and cut into circles.

    We put the filling in the middle of each circle, fasten the edges of the dough and give our pie the required shape.

The pies turned out very tasty, the dough was soft! From this amount of ingredients I got 34 pies. If someone doesn’t have time to wait for the dough to rise 3-4 times, once is enough, just leave the pies for another 15 minutes before baking.
