Yeast pies with apricots and raspberries

STEP 1

I am preparing the necessary ingredients for making pies with apricots and raspberries.
STEP 2

I put the eggs into the bowl of the dough mixer, add sugar, butter at room temperature, warm milk, yeast, sifted flour and a pinch of salt.
STEP 3

I knead the dough until it has a homogeneous structure.
STEP 4

Cover the yeast dough with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. While the pie dough is resting, I pit the apricots.
STEP 5

After the dough has stood and increased in volume, I divide it into portions. I roll out one portion of the dough to the desired diameter and place some apricots and raspberries in the center.
STEP 6

I sprinkle it with sugar and seal the edges of the dough well, forming pies.
STEP 7

I put the pies on a baking sheet, grease them with milk and put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees to bake for 25-30 minutes, it all depends on the oven.
STEP 8

I place the finished pies with apricots and raspberries on a dish and serve. Bon appetit!
