Dissolve yeast in warm water

Add sour cream, salt, sugar, mix.

Add flour and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and leave to rest. I check the readiness of the dough in the following way - if it doesn’t stick to your hands when kneading it, it’s ready.

While the dough is preparing, make the filling. We peel the potatoes. Let's cook.
STEP 6

Mash it into puree, don’t forget to add salt. Fans can add spices to taste.
STEP 7

The dough is ready, let's start making dumplings.
STEP 8

Divide into small pieces and roll out circles with a diameter of about 10 cm.
STEP 9

We spread the filling.
STEP 10

We make the dumpling, carefully pinching the edges, otherwise it will fall apart during cooking.
STEP 11

When the dumplings are made from all the dough that you have prepared, they need to be boiled.
STEP 12

Cook as follows: boil water in a saucepan, don’t forget to grind, add dumplings into boiling water, when they float, cook for about 10 minutes. Serve the finished dumplings seasoned with butter or sour cream.
