Yeast bagels with melted cheese

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Add yeast and sugar to warm (not HOT) milk. I let the yeast come to life, so to speak, and added butter and flour. I kneaded a dough that was not cool.
STEP 2

I let the dough rise, then divided it into 10 pieces.
STEP 3

The cheese is the same as for hamburgers.
STEP 4

Each piece was rolled out thinly (2-3 mm thick) into a rectangle. Roll out on a table greased with vegetable oil. I put cheese on one edge.
STEP 5

Starting from the bottom edge, I began to roll up the “roll”. (Not tightly!) It’s best to pinch the edges, otherwise the cheese leaked out in some of them.
STEP 6

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let them stand for 10 minutes. Brush with egg yolk. Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 15-20 minutes.
