STEP 1
How to bake a whole chicken stuffed with apples in the oven? Prepare all the indicated ingredients. It is better to take chicken with whole, undamaged skin, of meaty varieties. It is preferable to take sour apples; Antonovka is suitable for the variety. Choose spices for chicken according to your taste, you can take ground black pepper, paprika, suneli hops or a ready-made set of seasonings for chicken. I took Russian mustard.
STEP 2
Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Place mustard in a small bowl, pour in vegetable oil, add chopped garlic, salt and dry spices to your taste. Mix the mixture well until smooth.
STEP 3
Rinse the kritsa carcass under running cold water and dry with paper towels. Remove any remaining lint and feathers. Place the chicken in a deep dish and thoroughly rub the chicken carcass on all sides with the prepared marinade. Leave the chicken to marinate for at least 2-3 hours, or better yet, put it in the refrigerator overnight. Then stuff the chicken with washed, cored apples, cut into four pieces. If the apples are large, cut them into eight pieces.
STEP 4
Place the chicken in a baking bag, tie it and poke a few holes with a toothpick. When baking chicken without a bag and foil, you should tie the chicken's legs with twine and wrap the ends of the wings and legs with foil so that they do not burn. And you should baste the carcass with its own juice several times during baking. Bake for about 1 hour at 200°C. The times are approximate, check your oven. STEP 5
Carefully remove the finished delicious chicken baked with apples from the oven and place on a serving plate. Serve the chicken hot, cutting into portions and adding the baked apple.
