The baking time for my duck was 1 hour 20 minutes (weight 1.5 kg), the rest of the time was spent on preparation)

Until this moment, I had never cooked a whole roasted duck. It was a debut, so to speak. And very successful. The prune-apple filling is very juicy, sweetish, tasty, delicious)) The sauce is original, I also liked it, we also tried it with potatoes and cutlets, it goes just as well with them))
