STEP 1
How to very simply and quickly prepare healthy, airy bread from unleavened dough on kefir with grain flakes, which will definitely appeal to many for its wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for preparing delicious home-made yeast-free wheat and rye bread.
STEP 2
To prepare the dough, take a large bowl and pour five hundred milliliters of 2.5% kefir at room temperature into it, then pour one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of soda, one tablespoon of sugar into the bowl and mix all the ingredients very well.
STEP 3
Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the bowl with kefir.
STEP 4
Place three hundred and fifty grams of premium wheat flour pre-sifted through a fine sieve into a common bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 5
Add one hundred grams of peeled rye flour to a common bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 6
Continue mixing all ingredients in a bowl until you obtain the desired consistency of a yeast-free dough.
STEP 7
Take a baking sheet and cover it with parchment, then pour thirty grams of premium wheat flour, thirty grams of cereal flakes and five cereals onto the paper and mix.

Place the prepared dough on a baking sheet and sprinkle the cereal-wheat flour mixture on top.
STEP 9
Knead the dough on the baking sheet with your hands and give the future loaf a round shape.
STEP 10
Make several deep cuts on top of the dough piece with a knife, then place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to two hundred and thirty degrees and bake the bread for thirty minutes until fully cooked.
STEP 11
After time has passed, remove the baking sheet from the oven, then place the cooked bread on the table and let it cool a little.
