Very tasty and filling! Add fried onion to the minced beef and grind it again in a meat grinder. I rolled out the meat pancakes with a rolling pin between two layers of film (I cut the plastic bag on the sides, put a ball of minced meat on one sheet, covered it with another sheet and rolled it out). The process is quick and easy. While one pancake is being fried, the second one is on the way. You don’t have to cook anything for a side dish. A vegetable salad is enough. The dish is hearty, beautiful and not difficult to prepare!
