Veal shish kebab on sparkling water

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
For this recipe, use 1.5 kg of fresh veal for barbecue. And also for the marinade: 4 onions, 300 ml of sparkling water, ground peppers - black and red, bay leaf, paprika, coriander 1 teaspoon each. Salt to taste.
STEP 2
Cut the meat into portions. Choose the size as you wish. I like medium-sized pieces, so I cut them that way. Makes 6 skewers.
STEP 3
Season with chopped onion and salt to taste. Mix everything, squeezing the onion to release the juice. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
STEP 4
Lay out the spices and fill with sparkling water. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 6-8 hours.
STEP 5
You light the wood and, while it is burning, string the kebab onto skewers.
STEP 6
Once the wood has burned out, place the kebab on the coals.
STEP 7
Fry for 15-20 minutes, turning the kebabs.
STEP 8
That's all, time has passed, the kebab is ready! Serve or eat hot by the fire straight from the skewer. Bon appetit!
