STEP 1
How to fry veal in a frying pan, soft and juicy? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose boneless meat; the taste of the entire dish will depend on its quality.
STEP 2
Rinse the veal under running water and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture from the meat. Then cut the meat into pieces of any size. Can be cut into cubes or strips.
STEP 3
Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Place the chopped meat in a frying pan and fry it over high heat until it immediately changes color. If the pan has not had time to warm up, the meat will begin to stew. Fry the meat for 2-3 minutes. Then reduce the heat and let the meat fry slowly for another 5-7 minutes. Stir it occasionally so it doesn't start to burn.
STEP 4
While the meat is roasting, peel the onions and rinse in cold water. Then cut the onion into half rings and place in the frying pan with the meat. Stir. The more onions, the more juiciness will go into the meat. Cook over low heat for another 10-12 minutes. During this time, juice will appear from the onion, which will saturate the meat and give it juiciness.
STEP 5
During cooking, the onion will be little noticeable. The meat will become softer and juicier. Add salt and spices to taste. For spices I use a mixture of ground peppers. If the meat is still hard, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of water. It will all go into the meat, but will give you the opportunity to finish cooking it. The finished meat is lightly fried.
STEP 6
Add any side dish to the meat and serve hot. Bon appetit!
