I love recipes that use readily available ingredients. Therefore, when looking for a recipe for dough for sweet buns, I became interested in the universal yeast dough for pies and pastries. I had dry milk, diluted it in warm water - I took 1.5 tbsp for a half glass of water. l. milk. Replaced fresh yeast with dry yeast - 1 teaspoon. I prepared it for 8 servings, and it took about 370 g of flour; I almost always make dough from this amount of flour, adding 1-1.5 tsp. dry yeast. For the dough, I also took butter and vegetable oil, an egg, sugar, salt and, of course, flour. After kneading the dough, I put it in a warm oven. There it rose well for me, increasing 2.5 times. It turned out very soft and pliable. I easily formed the buns from it. I made the buns with small raisins, just as my granddaughter likes. I sprinkled a mixture of seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin) on top. The buns turned out delicious! My granddaughter really liked it! The crumb of the buns is porous, tender, the crust is sweet, crispy, crispy! Thank you very much!
