STEP 1

Prepare your ingredients. You can take chicken, turkey or lean pork. Cut the turkey fillet into cubes and place in a convenient bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Grate the hard cheese onto a fine grater and add it to the chicken.

Mix meat with cheese.

Add mayonnaise to the bowl.

Stir well.

Divide the dough into rectangles and roll out on a floured surface.

Place the filling in the center of the dough.

Wrap each piece of dough around the filling and press the edges together tightly.
STEP 10

Do this with each petal.
STEP 11

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Monitor readiness; you may need more or less time.
