I made turkey leg steak for dinner. I've been wanting to try this recipe for a long time. I had 6 steaks. I first defrosted them and kept them in water for half an hour so that the excess blood came out. I liked the composition of the marinade, only I replaced the basil with homemade dried dill. And instead of balsamic vinegar I used wine vinegar. The steaks were marinated for approximately three hours. I turned them over periodically so that the marinade soaked all the meat. Then I quickly seared the steaks over high heat. A golden brown crust has indeed formed, which prevents the meat juice from leaking out. Then I poured the marinade over the turkey and immediately put it in the preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes under foil and 10 without it. A lot of liquid came out, but that’s good; the meat was stewed and baked). It turned out very soft and tender, I didn’t even expect such a result. We also liked the taste, there is a slight sourness, the soy sauce is also noticeable. However, the natural taste of the meat prevails! Nice recipe, I will use it!
