Wash the turkey fillet, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into medium-sized pieces.
STEP 3

Prepare the marinade.

Place the pieces of meat in the marinade

mix and leave to marinate for several hours (I marinated the kebab for 4 hours).

Cut the bell pepper into pieces and string them alternately with turkey pieces onto a wooden skewer or skewer.

Place the prepared skewers with meat and pepper on the sides of a rectangular baking dish. Bake the kebab in a preheated oven.

Place the finished shish kebab on a plate.

Serve with parsley, onions, tomatoes or other vegetables.
