  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make turkey cutlets for kids? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Scroll the turkey meat through a meat grinder and turn it into minced meat. You can also buy ready-made minced meat. In this case, I prefer to make minced meat myself, since I know exactly what quality product it is made from.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Soak the loaf in milk and leave it to sit for a while until it is thoroughly soaked.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place the finished ground turkey in a large bowl. Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. You can pass the onion through a meat grinder after the meat, or just chop it very finely. Add chopped onion to the bowl with the minced meat.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Squeeze the soaked loaf from the milk and, also passing through a meat grinder, add it to the bowl with the meat. A loaf added to cutlets will make them softer and juicier. Break one egg into a bowl.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add a little salt to the meat mixture. Mix all ingredients well with each other until smooth. If the minced meat is runny, you can add a little semolina to it. Lightly beat the entire meat mass against the bottom of the bowl so that the minced meat becomes denser and the finished cutlets do not fall apart.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan. With wet hands, form small cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and place in a frying pan. Fry the cutlets on both sides just a little so that they set slightly.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Then add hot water to the pan, cover with a lid and bring them to readiness over low heat. It will be enough to simmer the cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Ready-made turkey cutlets for children are soft and very tender. A child's favorite side dish is pasta. Add them to the cutlets and invite the children to the table. Bon appetit!

I really liked the funny cutlets in the photo:) I often cook cutlets for my child according to different recipes. I decided to make turkey cutlets for the kids using this recipe for dinner. I wanted to make the minced meat myself. I bought fresh turkey fillet, peeled 2 small onions, poured milk over the loaf, but cut off the crust. I twisted everything through an electric meat grinder, which is very fast. Added an egg and salt. I stirred the minced meat and beat it well, as the author writes. The minced meat was not liquid, so I did not add semolina. A very easy and simple way to prepare minced meat. I made cutlets, they didn’t fall apart, rolled them in breading and fried them in oil. I stewed the cutlets in hot water as described in the recipe, a very interesting method, I liked it! The cutlets that came out were not fried or stewed, but something average and incredibly tasty. This made delicious turkey cutlets for kids. They are tender, soft and juicy. Well, naturally, my child, like all children, prefers pasta as a side dish) The child ate the turkey cutlets with pleasure and asked for more. And emoticons are something :) Thanks to the author!

These wonderful cutlets will go well with a vegetable salad or a cucumber/tomato if your child doesn’t like vegetables in salad form. There is a lot of bread in the cutlets, pasta will be superfluous)

The cutlets turned out delicious. The minced meat was not liquid; I did not add semolina. The recipe turned out 100% perfect! My only change was that after frying, I did not put the cutlets in the oven for long. Thanks to the author for the recipe 💐
