Trout with caper sauce

Thanks to the sauce, the fish turned out incredibly tasty. The second recipe for a fish mono-dinner. I've been wanting to make this recipe for a very long time. In addition to trout, you can use any other red fish or cod.

    Peel the garlic and chop finely.

    Place butter and olive oil, chopped garlic, capers, lemon juice, mustard and dried herbs into a saucepan.
