How to make tomato slices with garlic for the winter? Prepare all the necessary products according to the list. The recipe is for 2 liter jars.
STEP 2

Peel and cut the onion into rings. Cut the tomatoes into slices, removing the place where the stalk attaches. Peel the garlic.
STEP 3

Place garlic, clean bay leaf, black peppercorns, hot capsicum, cut into rings, at the bottom of sterile jars.
STEP 4

Then layer the tomatoes and onions. Make a layer of greens in the middle of the jar.
STEP 5

Pour boiling water into the jars and leave for 10 minutes, covering with lids. Drain the water from the jars, add sugar, salt and vinegar, and bring to a boil.
STEP 6

Pour the hot marinade over the tomatoes.
STEP 7

Add a tablespoon of oil to each jar. Cover with lids.
STEP 8

Pour hot water into the sterilization pan, place a towel or sterilization grid on the bottom, and place the jars. After boiling, sterilize the tomatoes with garlic slices for 15 minutes.
STEP 9

After sterilization, remove the jars from the boiling water with special tongs without lifting the lids. Screw on the lids.
STEP 10
