A very successful recipe for large tomatoes that do not fit into the neck of the jar. The only thing is that I didn’t put parsley in this salad. I specifically chose tomatoes of different colors for beauty) I cut dense and elastic tomatoes into slices, cut the onion into rings and separated them into rings. I put the vegetables in sterile jars and poured boiling water over them. I drained the water, added the spices according to the list, boiled it and poured the hot marinade over the salad in the jars. I sterilized the salad as described in the recipe and rolled it up. Very simple! Tomato and onion salad is very tasty, light, and has a sweetish marinade.
