OOOOO!!! - my love - TIRAMISU!!! - Online! An Italian cake I absolutely adore! I tried it in various versions and cooked it myself a thousand times! I always admire its taste! But it is difficult to prepare it at home for various reasons - Savoyardi and Mascarpone must be hidden, otherwise they will not live to see Tiramisu, and Tiramisu itself does not have time to soak well for the same reason, the threat of not living to the right moment of absorption if not protected. Just some kind of military action! Detective at home! <br />Alexey, thank you for your favorite recipe!

I actually make a cake based on this recipe. Instead of Savoyardi, I take white cakes (I don’t bake them myself), and add cocoa to the cream. I sprinkle grated white chocolate on top and stick in chocolate leaves. The belly doesn’t fit into any pants anymore :) Thanks for the recipe!

I decided to make a non-classic version of tiramisu, in the form of a small cake. I baked the savoiardi cookies myself in the form of cakes, it’s much tastier and more natural. Unfortunately, I forgot to sprinkle the cakes with powdered sugar before putting them in the oven, so they turned out without a hard crust. I made the cream with ricotta, but it didn’t affect the taste. I also replaced the whipped cream with Swiss meringue (beaten egg whites with sugar in a water bath). To make the tiramisu more coffee-y, I boiled a cup of coffee to 30 ml and added pre-soaked gelatin to the still boiling coffee. Then I poured the coffee into the cream (yolks with ricotta Swiss meringue sugar). The classic tiramisu cream turns out to be too liquid, but if you add a little gelatin, it will hold its shape much better and will not spread when serving. The cake is simply delicious! Especially for coffee lovers.
