Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all products.
STEP 2

Beat the eggs with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 3

Add salt and eggs to cold milk.
STEP 4

Add sugar and mix well. If you like sweet pancakes, you can add more sugar.
STEP 5

Pour in melted butter, stir until smooth.
STEP 6

Add baking powder and mix. Instead, you can add slaked soda.
STEP 7

Add the sifted flour in several additions. Using a whisk, stir the dough until smooth.
STEP 8

Leave the finished dough for 5 minutes.
STEP 9

Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour a small amount of dough into a flat cake. Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 10

Place the finished pancakes in a stack on a plate. Serve hot pastries to the table along with jam or sour cream. Bon appetit!
