  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make thin, tender pancakes with milk? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the pancakes will be more tender and airy.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To prepare pancake dough, take a deep bowl and combine eggs with sugar and salt in it. Beat a little with a mixer. There is no need to beat vigorously, just enough to make the mass homogeneous.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Then pour warm milk and vegetable oil into the bowl.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Gradually add flour and knead the dough. To do this, use a mixer so that there are no lumps of flour left together. You may need a little less or a little more flour, use consistency as a guide. Read more about the properties of flour in the article at the end of this recipe.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Then add slaked soda to the dough. This can be vinegar (9%) or lemon juice. The baking soda will react and begin to foam. Read about baking soda at the link in the article at the end of this recipe.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

The finished pancake dough will be homogeneous and quite liquid. It is from the liquid dough that thin pancakes are made.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Heat the pancake pan until hot. Before the first pancake, grease with vegetable oil. Pour a little dough (the thickness of the pancake will also depend on this) and distribute it over the entire surface of the pan. Fry the pancake on both sides over low heat until golden brown. Choosing the right pan is very important. How to do this, read the article on this topic. Link at the end of the recipe.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Bake all the pancakes like this. Stack them on top of each other and cover with a lid to prevent them from drying out. The pancakes are ready! Supplement them with jam, sour cream or condensed milk. Or wrap any filling in them. Bon appetit!

I tried to bake tender, thin pancakes with milk. In general, this recipe is similar to the one I usually use, except for adding vinegar-quenched soda to the dough. The dough turns out to be very liquid, and you can vary its quantity when pouring it into the frying pan, choosing the desired thickness of the pancakes - “very thin” or just “thin”))) I really like the optimal ratio of the products included in this recipe in this recipe, as well as using a mixer, which speeds up the process significantly. As for soda, the pancakes changed slightly with it - the texture changed a little, it became a little more embossed (without soda, my pancakes always turn out even and smooth), and the pancakes turned out to be a little softer and more tender to the touch than usual (reminiscent of thin knitted rags ). The recipe is excellent, I highly recommend it!

I usually cook pancakes with kefir, but I didn’t have any here, so I decided to make it with milk according to this recipe. The pancakes turned out delicious, but for some reason they were pale on one side, although I added a lot of sugar. But they turned out thinner than I usually have. In general, I decided to take note of the recipe

I always get very thin pancakes - everyone admires their thickness :) Mom actually says that they are transparent. I often make them with cottage cheese - I knead the cottage cheese with sugar and a spoon, add the yolk and spread it over the surface of the entire pancake. And on top - raspberry jam :) mmmmmm!!!! yum :)) They look like in the photo:
