STEP 1

How to make thin, tender pancakes with milk? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the pancakes will be more tender and airy.
STEP 2

To prepare pancake dough, take a deep bowl and combine eggs with sugar and salt in it. Beat a little with a mixer. There is no need to beat vigorously, just enough to make the mass homogeneous.
STEP 3

Then pour warm milk and vegetable oil into the bowl.
STEP 4

STEP 6

The finished pancake dough will be homogeneous and quite liquid. It is from the liquid dough that thin pancakes are made.
STEP 7

Heat the pancake pan until hot. Before the first pancake, grease with vegetable oil. Pour a little dough (the thickness of the pancake will also depend on this) and distribute it over the entire surface of the pan. Fry the pancake on both sides over low heat until golden brown. STEP 8
