Sweet flatbreads with sour cream from puff pastry in a frying pan

Dissolve salt in water, add flour and knead a simple unleavened dough.

Then we roll it into a ball and let it lie for about fifteen minutes.

Then we divide the ball into four parts,

and roll out each piece to a thickness of 1 mm, while trying to use as little flour as possible for the filling.

Lubricate the rolled out layer with oil, fat or sour cream, depending on what we have prepared for this.

And after that we roll it onto a thin rolling pin.

Cut with a knife along the rolling pin.
STEP 9
We remove the rolling pin and make another cut in the middle. So that we get two stripes.

We roll each of these strips into rolls. We place them vertically.

And then roll out each roll again into a flat cake, 1 centimeter thick (but it’s better to knead the flat cake with your hands, starting from the middle to the edges).

Melt ghee in a frying pan.

Fry the flatbreads over low heat
