Sweet corn Bonduelle
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make Bonduelle sweet corn for the winter? The ingredients indicate the weight of already cleaned grains. If your finished grains weigh less or more than a kilogram, you can change the amount of water, sugar and salt in proportion to your amount of corn. Place the corn in a saucepan and cover with water.
STEP 2

Boil young corn for 30 minutes, and old corn for about an hour.
STEP 3

Rinse the cooked corn under running cold tap water.
STEP 4

Carefully remove the kernels from the corn, first prying them up with a knife and then with your hands.
STEP 5

Like this!
STEP 6

Pour the grains into sterilized half-liter jars.
STEP 7

For the marinade, add salt and sugar to the water where the corn was boiled, bring to a boil and cook until the bulk ingredients are completely dissolved. Fill the jars with corn kernels with the resulting brine.
STEP 8

Cover the jars with lids and place in a saucepan with a cloth on the bottom to sterilize. Fill 2/3 with warm water.
STEP 9

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and sterilize at continuous boil for 40 minutes.
STEP 10

Take out the cans of grains, roll them up, put them on the lid, and cover them with a blanket.
STEP 11

Bon appetit!
