Oh, what a wonderful salad! Most importantly, it is mushroom. I love mushrooms in any form. And what a colorful salad design. As soon as I read the recipe, I immediately decided to cook it and, of course, surprise my friend. The only thing is I added grated cheese to it. I sprinkled it on top of the mayonnaise. The salad tasted amazing.

I really liked this recipe. The salad is very tender and next time, I think it will be better if you just boil the fillet and chop it with your hands. The salad was very beautifully presented. It really looks like a sunflower, it looks so appetizing. Immediately when I read the ingredients of the salad, I thought that the chicken fillet would need to be boiled, but it turned out that it needed to be fried in oil.
