Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 30 mins
STEP 1
Cut the bacon (lard) into slices and fry until golden brown. Add sausage cubes, onion half rings and mushroom slices to the melted bacon. Fry for 5 minutes.
STEP 2
Then add cubes of boiled potatoes, peas and separately fried bell peppers to the pan. Salt, pepper and heat slightly.
STEP 3
Pour the beaten eggs into another frying pan with melted butter. Place the prepared mixture of vegetables on them.
STEP 4
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese, chopped herbs and bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) until cooked, for 10 minutes.
